The Main House at Casa Nicoya is comprised of three bedrooms, and three and a half baths on two levels, each with their own fully-equipped kitchen and lounge area. Perfectly situated overlooking twinkly Sayulita you will enjoy taking in the ocean to the North, and breathtaking sunsets to the West.

The first floor includes an en-suite King bedroom with its own spacious bathroom and a brand new A/C unit. Two sofas in the living room can accommodate extra guests for an additional fee.

The second floor, which is accessed through the garage, is like sleeping in a treehouse with sweeping views and jungle breezes. There are two bedrooms, a King bedroom enclosed with screened in sliding glass windows and A/C, and an open-air King bedroom with curtains for privacy, each with their own bathroom. The King can be converted to two Twins if desired. These two bedrooms share a second kitchen and lounge area. Every bedroom in the Main House of Casa Nicoya has roomy closets, a state-of-the-art keypad safe for your valuables, hair dryer, fan and mosquito net for your comfort.

Disconnect completely or work remotely from the hammock, we have both Sayulita Wifi & Telmex lines so our wifi is strong enough for your video calls. Maid service is twice weekly and drinkable water is provided on every floor.

*NOTE: When renting the Main House Only the Casita will likely be occupied by either the owners or their property manager, Zoey. The Casita shares the garage entry & the pool area but we are always sure to give our guests plenty of solo pool time!

"Casa Nicoya is like having your own personalized resort. The open air design of the Casa, coupled by the jungle views makes it feel like you're living in a tree house. The pool area opens up to an incredible view of the jungle and ocean - a perfect view for some spectacular sunsets. "Casa Nicoya is an amazing home on top of a hill overlooking the ocean in the distance. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it. It is open air and beautifully decorated home with an amazingly tranquil feel - especially after a busy day in town and on the beach. It really is just a 3-4 minute walk to town yet the house is up and away from the hustle and bustle. An amazing setting with amazing sun sets.
